Preparing For Your First Appointment
Dr. Padalecki graciously accepts new patients and looks forward to meeting with you to discuss your injury and/or orthopedic condition. During your first visit, a thorough analysis will be provided and Dr. Padalecki will take the necessary time needed to discuss the injury in detail so that a treatment plan can be established.
Depending on the symptoms and perceived condition, he will most likely order a set of images either through an X-ray, CT scan or MRI. These will help him determine if a fracture, cartilage damage, or another specific injury exists. If you have visited a physician prior to your appointment with Dr. Padalecki, please obtain your old orthopedic records and bring this information with you. This should include old patient notes, operative reports, and previous X-ray, CT, or MRI images.
Dr. Padalecki strives to make every patient experience comfortable and efficient. It is recommended that first-time patients download the appropriate forms from this website, complete them, and bring them with you for your first appointment. Upon arrival, you will be asked to present your driver’s license or identification, as well as your insurance card or other health coverage information.
